Complete Swimmer
Classes for swimmers at Improvers 4 level and above. The entire class is taught over lengths and introduces swimmers to a wide range of skills in the water including: Stroke improvement, diving, starts, turns, relay take overs, finishes, stamina building, speed swimming, sculling and ball skills.
Entry to this level is only possible from Improvers 4 classes or after a swimming assessment by one of our teachers.
